Tell whether it's actually working
Reading the Insights tabs, and spotting people who are clicking through.

Completion is the easiest thing to measure and the least meaningful. These screens are for the harder question: did behaviour change?
| Screen | Answers |
|---|---|
| Insights → Analytics | Where the team stands overall — progress, scores, coverage. |
| Insights → Insights | Which topics the team is weakest on, so you know what to teach or re-teach. |
| Insights → Training behavior | Who is genuinely learning and who is clicking through. |
Guessing and clicking through
The platform records how long someone spends on each question and whether they skipped it, which distinguishes a person who's thinking from one who's tapping the first option to get through. Training behavior surfaces that.
What good looks like
- People use the skip option — that means they trust that the baseline isn't a test they can fail.
- Retention questions days later are answered correctly, not just the first attempt.
- Sign-offs are happening, because that's the point where knowledge becomes practice.
- Safety-critical scores rise, and stay risen.
